Program Systems Support Organization (PSSO) is an independent, non-governmental and non-profitable social organization, legally registered with the South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (SSRRC) with the registration number 3373. Founded in 2021, by a group of dedicated young professionals with diverse expertise in various sectors, united by a shared vision to promote youth professionalism, capacity development, and create sustainable opportunities for marginalized groups to thrive.

PSO Work Modality

PSSO will work in collaboration with the Government line ministries, local and international partners, and relevant community groups. Moreover, PSSO will collaborate with local governance structures, private professional development, churches (religious leaders), care providers and teaching institutions, young professional organization and corporate sectors for the effective implementation of its programmes.

PSSO program and activities implementation will get approval from the concerned government agencies (SSRRC) prior to implementations. After the approval, induction meeting will be conducted with all relevant stakeholders. Likewise, communication and coordination will be done with local stakeholders and local partners. After approval and coordination with all stakeholders, the program/activities will be implemented in the concerned areas. After the program implementation, program evaluation and feedback will be collected.

The necessary reporting will be shared with the concerned agencies and the program comes to the end in the closure phase. PSSO implements robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to track progress, ensure accountability, and adapt strategies as needed. With a commitment to transparency and advocacy, PSSO will work towards lasting impact through effective partnerships and policy influence with Empirical evidence.
